Refund Policy

Thank you for registering for Cardinal Baseball Camps. Please read this policy carefully. By checking the Refund Policy box when you register, you confirm that you have read and agree to it.

Payment

Full payment of the camp fee ($275 per participant) is due at the time of registration. Registration is open through the first day of camp, and walk-ups are welcome. Families registering more than one sibling receive $25 off the second and each additional sibling.

Cancellations 10 or more days before camp

If you cancel 10 or more days before the first day of camp (on or before December 11, 2026), all funds will be refunded, except for registration and processing fees, which are non-refundable.

Cancellations fewer than 10 days before camp

If you cancel fewer than 10 days before the first day of camp, we cannot issue a refund.

Registration and processing fees

Registration and processing fees are non-refundable in all cases.

Removal from camp

A participant who is removed from camp for conduct, as described in the Code of Conduct, is not eligible for a refund or camp credit.

How to cancel

To cancel, email camps@cardinalbaseballcamps.com with the participant’s name and the session. The cancellation date is the date we receive your email.

If Cardinal Baseball Camps cancels

If Cardinal Baseball Camps cancels a session, all registered families will receive a full refund, including registration and processing fees.
